The main purpose of air duct electric heaters is for industrial air ducts, room heating, heating in large workshops, drying rooms and circulating heating of the passage air to provide air temperature to achieve heating effect.
The main structure of the air duct type electric heater is a frame type wall panel structure with an over temperature protection device. If the heating temperature is higher than >120 °C, a heat insulation area or a heat dissipation area must be provided between the junction box and the heater, and the electric power is required. The surface of the heater element shall be provided with a fin heat dissipation structure. The low and medium temperature air duct electric heaters do not need to be provided with a heat insulation area or a radiator area, and the surface of the electric heater element is naturally dissipated. The electric control and the fan must be linked, and the fan is started first and then the electric unit is started. Heater, first disconnect the electric heater and then break the fan, the time difference must be more than 2 minutes.
Control aspect. A linkage device is arranged between the fan and the heater to ensure that the heater is started after the fan is operated. After the heater stops working, the fan must be delayed for more than 2 minutes to prevent the heater from overheating and being damaged.
