Ceramic electric heater features and applications

- Jun 24, 2019-

The ceramic electric heater is a high-efficiency heat-dividing heater with excellent thermal conductivity. It ensures uniform temperature on the hot surface and eliminates hot spots and cold spots in the equipment. It has the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and magnetic field resistance.

One is to wrap the alloy wire in a small ceramic square, and the outer package is made of a stainless steel outer casing. Widely used in electronic textile, light industry, electromechanical chemical, medical, plastic machinery, chemical fiber machinery and other industries.

The other is to cast an alloy wire in a semiconductor in which quartz glass is used as a raw material. With high temperature resistance (up to 1200 degrees), anti-corrosion, beautiful and wear-resistant features. Widely used in high temperature heating furnaces, semiconductor engineering, glass, ceramics and wire engineering.

Ceramic electric heaters are available in ring type and plate shape. They have long working life, strong durability, energy saving, and are easy to install, high temperature resistant, fast heat transfer, good insulation, and are not limited by the size and size of the product. According to the wiring mode of users' requirements, the voltage is from 36V, 110V, 180V, 220V, 380V, and the highest power load is 6.5W per square. Compared with the traditional electric heater, the energy consumption can be reduced by 30%.
