Stainless steel electric heating is a heating method that must be used in almost all plastic molding die design. It is usually designed in one-way wiring, two-way wiring, etc. The material can be made of seamed pipe, seamless pipe, stainless steel 201, 304, 316, etc. The pipe is characterized by small heat loss, high thermal efficiency, simple cable, and can be designed as 220V or 380V according to requirements, and the wiring is flexible and diverse. However, due to the limitations of its materials and processing technology, it is necessary to pay attention to its characteristics in the mold design.

(1) Generally, the mold heating tube usually has a long cold end at both ends, and does not function as a heating. Therefore, it is recommended to use the imitation imported mold single-head electric heating tube produced by our company. It is characterized by only one end of the cold end. The cold end is generally smaller at around 1CM.

(2) The power design of the general mold electric heating tube should not exceed the limit of 6 watts/cm. For example, if the heating tube is 20 cm long, the power should not exceed 200W as much as possible. If the design power exceeds this limit, the stainless steel heating tube has a high surface load, and the steel tube is easily oxidized and corroded, causing a short circuit. The company's imitation imported mold-specific single-head heating elements can be designed to achieve a power of 12 watts / cm.

(3) The mold electric heating tube must be closely attached to the mold hole, so the heat conduction effect is good, and the service life of the heating tube is also very good. The size of the Zhuanghai single-head heating tube can be accurate to ±0.08mm.

(4) The mold heating tube is generally a dry burning tube, so the temperature must be controlled during the work, preferably not more than 150 degrees.
