4, usually 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12, etc. (usually a multiple of 3) U-tubes are combined by TIG argon arc welding on the flange


5, pipe shell material selection: the main material is 10 # carbon steel, SUS304, SUS321, SUS316L, SUS310S (common name: 2520), titanium tube and so on.


6, tube shell sheath selection: metal tube material shell surface can be coated with anti-corrosion or anti-scaling coating, effectively enhance corrosion resistance and anti-scaling performance.


7, tube casing sheath process: liquid spray and electrostatic powder spray for selection. The electrostatic powder coated heating tube directly solves many problems of the Teflon casing heating tube, and can completely replace it, and the effect is better.


8. Flange material: 10# carbon steel, SUS304, SUS321, SUS316L


9, junction box: ordinary glass steel shell or explosion-proof cover is available


10, electric heating wire material selection: generally iron chrome aluminum wire (Beijing Shougang), nickel chrome wire (generally H140, 2080 resistance wire, etc.). The choice of these two depends on the customer's working environment (temperature and vibration).
