1. Determine whether the working voltage and rated voltage of the electric heating tube are consistent. If the high voltage is connected to the low power supply voltage, the power will decrease.
Example: 380V/3000W electric heating tube, connected to 220V power supply
According to the formula voltage * voltage / power = resistance value
380*380/3000=48Ω
220*220/48=1008W
The power is reduced by 3 times, the heat is reduced, and the electric heating tube may not be hot or the heat is very low.
2. The voltage and power supply of the heating tube are correct, but the wiring method is wrong, which is also a factor that causes the electric heating tube to not heat up.
