Finned electric heating tubes

- May 30, 2019-

A finned electric heating tube is a type of electric energy that is converted into heat to heat a material to be heated. The finned electric heating tube is a metal heat sink wound on the surface of a common component, and the heat dissipation area is expanded by 2 to 3 times compared with the conventional component, that is, the surface power load allowed by the fin component is 3 to 4 times that of the ordinary component. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port under the action of pressure through the pipeline, along the specific heat exchange flow path inside the electric heating vessel, and uses the path designed by the fluid thermodynamics principle to take away the high-temperature heat energy generated in the work of the electric heating element. The temperature of the heated medium is raised, and the finned electric heating tube outlet is obtained as a high temperature medium required by the process.
