The flanged heating tube is heated by a plurality of heating tubes welded on the flange. Mainly used for heating in open, closed solution tanks and circulation systems. The flanged stainless steel heating tube is highly dense and compact. Since the whole is short and dense, the stability is good and the installation does not require a bracket. Most of the combined type uses argon arc welding to connect the electric heating tubes to the flanges. It can also be in the form of fastening devices, that is, each of the electric heating tubes is welded with fasteners. Then lock with the flange cover with a nut. The pipe is welded with argon arc in the fastener and never leaks. The fastener seal is made using a scientific process. Single replacement is extremely convenient, greatly saving future maintenance costs.
