How important is the electric heating tube voltage?

 Speaking of rated voltage and working voltage, the understanding of the two concepts, the main reason for doing this article today is that the customer must buy the heating tube back or buy the heating tube must be clear about the rated voltage and the operating voltage used by himself. Otherwise, there will be two common situations. The specific situation we will introduce to you below, first of all, let's share with you the concept of rated voltage and working voltage!


    1, rated voltage


    The rated voltage of the heating pipe refers to the voltage that is specified on the heating pipe and is attached to the heating pipe. Or, in other words, the rated voltage is the voltage given by the customer when we ask for processing and production. Generally there are 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V and so on.


    2, working voltage


    For a single heating pipe connected to the power supply, the operating voltage of the heating pipe refers to the voltage connected to the component specified in the design, that is, the rated voltage.


    For a plurality of electric heating tube heating tubes connected in series to the power source, the operating voltage of the heating tubes refers to the voltages connected to the heating tubes specified in the design.


    This involves the problem of multiple heating tubes connected in series or in parallel. Therefore, when our salesman communicates with the customer about the voltage, if more than one heating pipe needs to be connected, we need to ask whether the customer returns to the series or the connection method, so that we can determine the voltage of the single heating tube.


    If the customer or our salesman does not know the rated voltage and working voltage, then there will be two cases when the application is improperly handled. One is that the electric heating tube does not generate heat because the resistance of the heating tube is constant. If the voltage becomes smaller, the power becomes smaller, so there is a possibility that the heating tube emits a small amount of heat. The other is that the temperature of the heating tube is very high, and it breaks down at once. Then the same reason, the resistance of the heating tube is constant, and the voltage becomes large, then the power becomes large, so that the power of the stainless steel electric heating tube exceeds the standard and even hits wear.
