Liquid electric heating tubes are often used in a variety of shaped electric heating tubes or U-shaped with fasteners, as well as flange electric heating tubes.

 

2. They are very different in material selection:

 


a, dry burning electric heating tube


The working temperature is 100-300 degrees, and it is recommended to use stainless steel 304 material.

The working temperature is 400-500 degrees, and it is recommended to use stainless steel 321 material.

The working temperature is 600-700 degrees. It is recommended to use stainless steel 310S material.

For working temperatures between 700 and 800 degrees, it is recommended to use Ingle imported materials.

If it is not used for a long time, it can be used for testing. It can be made of carbon steel.


 


b, liquid electric heating tube

 

Water heating tap water is made of stainless steel 304, drinking water is made of stainless steel 316. It is more turbid river water or more water. It can be covered with waterproof scale coated electric heating tube.

Oil heating is normally made of stainless steel 304, but some customers who use it for experiments and pursue low cost can also use carbon steel.

Corrosive liquid, according to the strength of acid and alkali from weak to strong, we generally choose the order of materials is stainless steel 304 electric heating tube, stainless steel 316 electric heating tube, Teflon electric heating tube, titanium electric heating tube, the price is also higher.

 


3. The two are different when designing power:


1. Dry-burning electric heating tube is designed to determine power according to the fluidity of the heated air.

The electric heating pipe with fan circulation in the flowing space is designed to have a power of about 1.5 kW per meter.

The dry electric heating tube heated in a closed space is designed to have a power of 1 kW per meter.

 

2. The liquid electric heating tube is designed to determine the power according to the heating medium.

The heating oil is 2KW per metre of power, and the oil is poor, and the thicker power per metre is about 1KW.
