The scale builds up and surrounds the heat pipe layer. The thermal conductivity of scale is very low, resulting in wasted energy. At the same time, due to the poor thermal conductivity of the scale, the internal temperature of the electric heating tube is too high, which will greatly shorten the service life of the heating tube. In general, an electric heating tube with a service life of 3 years can only be used for half a year to one year in the case of excessive scale. In addition, the scale is easy to breed bacteria, pollute the water quality, and in severe cases, the surface of the electric heating tube may burst and damage, resulting in electric shock.
Here are a few simple ways to reduce the formation of scale.
1. Its characteristic is that it does not change the external shape of the heating pipe, and the power is not limited. It is roughly the same as the technical parameters of the ordinary heating pipe. It is characterized by adding a layer of anti-scaling coating on the surface of the stainless steel heating pipe, and the results of the test and the customer are used. The effect is very obvious.
2. The elongated steel core extruded magnesium rod is placed on the opposite side of the electric heating tube, which can effectively extend the service life of the magnesium rod, ensure the maximum protection of the inner tank, and prevent the electric heating tube from scaling.
3. Use quartz glass electric heating tube with increased diameter. The water quality in the north is hard, and the water is easy to scale. Since the quartz glass electric heating tube substrate is high-purity silica, the physical and chemical properties of the silica are inactive. Under heating, it is difficult to adsorb impurities, and the quartz glass electric heating tube is in the heating process. The emission of far-infrared rays can play a role in softening the water, so the electric heating tube is not easy to scale.
4. Use an instant water heater. The water temperature of the instant water heater is controlled at 50 degrees, which is the critical temperature of scale formation. Bathing is lower than this temperature (generally 35 to 45 degrees), so it is difficult to scale. Even in the northern regions where water hardness is high, there is only a slight scaling in long-term use.
