The diameter becomes 1.2 mm, and all the dimensions are doubled. At this time, check the hardware manual, calculate the resistance value according to the resistivity of different materials, and then calculate the final power according to the voltage.

2, the choice of magnesium oxide powder: filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder, not silicon carbide. The refractory bricks used for electric hobs are also made of different materials. Commonly used are clay, aluminum oxide (aluminum silicate), magnesium oxide and the like. It acts as insulation and evenly dissipates heat.

The general mold heating is 304, 302, 301, 202, the liquid heating is seamless 304, the 840 can be replaced by 2520 in the country, mainly the high nickel content, strong oxidation resistance, but now the domestic stainless steel market is chaotic, generally The grades on the market are one level lower than the standard.

4. Selection of sealing material: no sealing material is used, water vapor enters the heating pipe nozzle, insulation drops, trips, if it continues to be used, the pipe mouth is damaged, the electric heating pipe is scrapped. It is absolutely necessary to prohibit the non-sealing electric heating pipe from leaving the factory.
