Pipeline heater working principle

The water pipeline heater adopts a digital temperature controller, a solid state relay and a temperature measuring component to form a measurement, adjustment and control loop. During the electric heating process, the temperature measuring component sends the water temperature signal of the outlet of the water pipe heater to the digital temperature controller. After amplification, the measured temperature value is displayed, and the signal is output to the solid-state relay input terminal to control the heater, so that the control cabinet has good control precision and adjustment characteristics. The water pipe heater can be started and shut down remotely by means of an interlock.
