Production process and characteristics of flange electric heating tube

    Flange electric heating tube (also called plug-in electric heater): U-shaped tubular electric heating element is adopted. According to the heating medium design specification, it is assembled on the flange cover according to the power configuration requirement, inserted into the material to be heated, and the heating element is working. The large amount of heat emitted is transferred to the heated medium to raise the temperature of the medium to the desired process requirements. When the medium temperature reaches the set value required by the process, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater according to the temperature sensor signal, and performs temperature control on the resistive load of the heating element. The medium temperature is made uniform to meet the required requirements; when the heating element is over-temperature or low-level, the interlocking protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power source to avoid burning of the heating element and prolongs the service life.


        The flange electric heating tube is heated by a plurality of heating tubes welded on the flange. Mainly used for heating in open, closed solution tanks and circulation systems. It has the following advantages: The surface power is large, which makes the air heat the surface load 2 to 4 times.


        The flange electric heating tube is highly dense and compact. Since the whole is short and dense, the stability is good and the installation does not require a bracket. Most of the combined type uses argon arc welding to connect the electric heating tubes to the flanges. It can also be in the form of fastening devices, that is, each of the electric heating tubes is welded with fasteners. Then lock with the flange cover with a nut. The pipe is welded with argon arc in the fastener and never leaks. The fastener seal is made using a scientific process. Single replacement is extremely convenient.
