Structural characteristics and classification of electric heating pipes

The electric heating tube is made of metal tube as the protective outer casing (including stainless steel, copper tube, all kinds of imported steel), and the spiral high-quality electrothermal alloy wire (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium alloy heating wire) is evenly distributed along the central axis of the tube, and the gap is tight. Filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good heat resistance, thermal conductivity and insulation, the ends of the nozzle are sealed with silica gel and processed by other processes. The heater has the characteristics of simple structure, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safety and reliability, simple installation and long service life. It is widely used in air heating, metal molds and various liquid heating by virtue of its own powerful advantages.

The double-head electric heating pipes can be divided into the following types according to the use environment:

Use in air: 1. Closed air heating 2. Circulating air heating 3. Special gas heating

Use in liquid: 1. Heating in water 2. Heating in oil 3. Heating with acid-base liquid (heating zone of electric heating tube should be immersed in air and not exposed)

The watt density and material used are different and should not be confused. The good use environment should not produce skin, thin, dust, oil, water and other phenomena.
