If the ambient temperature is too high, the heating tube may burst. If you give a general softened water heating tube, people use the general stainless steel 304 stainless steel material, the liquid contains corrosion, according to the size of the corrosion can choose stainless steel heating tube 316 material, Teflon electric heating tube, titanium tube, etc. If the oil is heated, people can use carbon steel or stainless steel. The cost of carbon steel is lower, and it is not easy to rust in the heating oil. If the surface load of the warming oil is too high, the water temperature will be too high, which is easy to cause a safety accident and must be cautious. The problem of dirt and carbonation on the surface of the heating pipe must be observed every quarter and taken to prevent damage to the heat pipe and reduce the service life.

Dry-burning heating tube: stainless steel heating tube for oven, single-head heating tube heated by grinding hole, finned heating tube for heating gas, can be different according to the specified design scheme and output power. The dry burning pipe is set to an output of not more than 1 kW per meter under normal conditions, and can be expanded to 1.5 kW in the case of a centrifugal fan circulation system.
