Why doesn't the heating element generate heat?

- Sep 03, 2019-

1. You can use an electric resistance meter to measure the electric heating tube to see if there is any resistance value. If the electric heating tube has no resistance value, it means it is broken, then the electric heating tube will not heat up.

2. Sometimes the lead or lead of the electric heating tube is detached. If it falls off, the power should be turned off immediately. After re-welding the lead or lead of the electric heating tube, the power supply will be turned on. It will work again after the power is turned back on.

3. Determine whether the working voltage and rated voltage of the electric heating tube are consistent. If the high voltage is connected to the low power supply voltage, the power will decrease. The power is reduced by 3 times, the heat is reduced, and the electric heating tube may not be hot or the heat is very low.

Example: 380V/3000W electric heating tube, connected to 220V power supply

According to the formula voltage * voltage / power = resistance value

380*380/3000=48Ω

220*220/48=1008W

4, we have to look at the contact performance of the socket is good, whether the plug has forgotten to plug in or suddenly power outage.

5. The installed temperature controller has poor contact, and it is easy to be disconnected from the melting and melting, and the electric heating tube will not be heated.
