Due to the wide variety of electric heaters, there is no one-to-one correspondence between them. For example, ceramic electric heaters have many advantages, as well as air knife electric heaters, their thermal resistance and thermocouple. There is also a big difference between them.
Since the ceramic electric heater adopts the ceramic strip threading method, the imported round wire ceramic is used as the heating element, and the spring is inserted into the ceramic strip; the outer cover is made of stainless steel, and the high temperature heat insulating cotton is used in the middle to prevent the temperature from being outside. Leakage, such a structure makes the power of the product much higher than that of a conventional electric heater.
For the ceramic electric heater, its ceramic strip is a kind of high-frequency ceramic, so it has the characteristics of fast heat transfer, hard and non-breakable, high temperature, no deformation and aging, and the electric heater naturally inherits these advantages. The heat-dissipating surface of the electric heater is added with a heat-insulating device, and the inner heat-dissipating surface is sintered with infrared rays, so that the purpose of power saving can be achieved.
In addition, the difference between the thermal resistance of the air heater and the thermocouple is firstly reflected in the nature of the signal. The thermal resistance itself is a resistor, so its temperature change will cause the resistor to have a positive or negative resistance. The value changes; the thermocouple is the change in the induced voltage that changes with temperature.
Because of this, the temperature range of the two sensors in the air duct electric heater is different. The thermal resistance generally detects the temperature range of 0-150 degrees, and the highest measurement range can reach 600 degrees. In addition, the corresponding thermal resistance of the PLC The input module of the thermocouple is also different.
